EximGo

Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies are used on EximGo sites and what your consent choice actually changes. The behaviour described below was verified by measurement in the live environment.

1. Measurement cookies — only with your consent

We measure visit statistics with Google Analytics 4. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_<measurement-id>) are written to your browser only after you choose "Accept".

We do not use advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies. Even if you accept, the advertising permissions sent to Google remain switched off — the only permission enabled is visit measurement.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

When you sign in to the application (app.eximgo.ai), cookies are used to keep your session. These are required for the service to work, serve no measurement purpose, and are not covered by the consent choice.

3. Before you choose, and if you decline

If you decline, measurement stops. No measurement cookie is stored and no measurement signal is sent to Google.

Until you choose, the situation is different: no cookie is stored, but an anonymous measurement signal is sent to Google. That signal includes the address of the page visited, the page title, your screen resolution, browser language and operating system. We do not hide this — you can stop it by making a choice as soon as the banner appears.

Google's measurement script is also downloaded by your browser when the page loads, independently of your choice. Downloading the file is not measurement in itself — if you decline, the file may load but no data is sent.

4. Where your preference is stored

Your preference is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. It is therefore asked separately on each device and each browser.

Measurement cookies are kept separately per address: consent given on eximgo.ai is not shared with app.eximgo.ai. This is deliberate — your anonymous visit to the marketing site is not linked to your session in the application. As a result you are asked once on each address.

5. Changing your choice

On this site (eximgo.ai): the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

In the application (app.eximgo.ai): Settings → Privacy → Reset preference.

They are separate for the reason given in section 4: the preference is stored per address, so resetting on one does not affect the other. In both cases the consent banner reappears. Clearing site data in your browser has the same effect.

6. International transfer

Measurement data is processed by Google and its servers may be located outside Türkiye. For requests concerning your personal data, write to info@skalla.com.tr.

A separate notice (in Turkish) applies to personal data processed for the email newsletter and commercial electronic messages: KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
